How to use
- Enter a meditation schedule: Minutes per day, days per week, etc. Benefits will come and go as you change these numbers around, based on the meditation schedule followed in each study.
*Note: Most studies have their participants meditate every day—so "7" days a week. This doesn't mean that study participants don't miss a few days here and there.
