2 minutes

God told me via my mother, before her body passed away, that 2 minutes of meditation, daily, would be enough.

ambidexterity meditation

I meditated with crossed legs And crossed arms for 10 minutes, and at the end I felt an interesting sensation. Tingling in the brain/body. As if brain was much more active.

ambidexterity

For the next meditations I want to use ambidexterity:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The ambidexterity achieved while crossing your arms and legs can cause your brain to function optimally. It can dramatically reduce stress and help you to learn and cognate more clearly because it synchronizes both hemispheres of the brain and both sides of the body simultaneously.

“Bringing both hemispheres in sync with one another allows you to achieve a sort of ‘super learning’ state of being where you are able to think with both logic and emotion.”

Feels Good, Man

It feels good to meditate. I just did 33 minutes. I liked how I felt impatient, and examined the pressure of this feeling in my heart. I felt other sensations as well: peace, thoughts.
I enjoy the thought of practicing patience, and seemingly wasting time, while nothing is wasted at all, but my brain just gains focus.
