Resistance is pain, and you are not that pain. you are not that self deprecating mind, tossing and turning on itself, the snake eating its own tail. you are not that sorrow, that fear, that immese pain that comes in when we are not connecte to our true nature. you are where you are meant to be simply because you are here. your quality of coniousness at this moment determines the future. Hoew do you insure your ppresence? by bing present now. turn off the voice in your head- that nagging voice that does absoliytely nothing for your situation except cause you pain.
