Hi everyone,
I would like to share some of the things I use for keeping my mind in a meditative state.
I would read books, one of my favorite is called "The Science of Mind Management" by a Swami. This really helped me to react differently and disciplined the mind.
Most recently, my friend recommended "Zen Habits" to me that basically teaches traditional ways of mind calmness by doing yoga and also helps you become One technically with yourself.
I think it has been working for me, I started a month ago, and I do recognize changes in my behavior, reactions to situations that occur in life and I hope that by sharing this, you may also experience a similar benefit. Thanks all.

One of the things that has helped me brought a "meditative" mind into my daily life is seeking out ways to not only allow me to be meditative, but maintain it as well.
I read books, for example, a book by a Swami labeled "The Science of Mind Management" and do actual meditation using this Zen Habits - https://tinyurl.com/3e3nmzme. This is my most recent find recommended to me by a friend.
