In addition to the books I mentioned in the Question of The Week asking what methods I use in my practice, I would also recommend any books by Thomas Moore ("Care of The Soul" and others), Gary Zukav ("Seat of The Soul" and others) and Thomas Merton ("The Seven Story Mountain" and others). The truth is, there are so many great books to choose from dealing directly with meditation and especially spirituality in general, a complete list would be enormously long. Have fun finding your favorites! Just search "meditation" or "spirituality" in Amazon or Google and you'll be overwhelmed with possibilities.
